How did I get here?

It's no secret that I love to write. The decision to create this blog is mostly related to the fact that I needed a place to keep my writing together. I already write some things on the website Write The World, so feel free to read my stuff there as well. But it's different to write there and here. For example, I feel comfortable writing in Portuguese here. And that's something I should do more, because I haven't practiced my Portuguese writing for so long. Anyway, I'm a 13-year-old girl writing from Brazil. It's important for me to practice writing in both languages. 

And guess what, I just finished my English course so I'm going to Canada this holiday! I'm really excited about it. So I might not be able to write much during the month I'll be there. But I promise that the day I'm back in Brazil, I'll keep writing. 

This is my first post here, and English isn't my first language, so I'm sorry if I make any mistakes. I think it's enough for a first post. I'm going to work on my first book review now.
